DELIVERY & RETURN POLICY

We will always endeavour to dispatch your candlesticks at the earliest opportunity, normally within 21 days of receipt of your order.

However, as each candlestick is a hand crafted piece, occasionally it may take a little longer to complete your order. In this eventuality, we will contact you directly to explain details of any undue delay and attempt to meet your particular requirements.
If we are unable so to do, we will, if you so wish, cancel your order and refund in full all monies paid.

In the unlikely event of loss or damage to your shipment, Elegante Crystal will supply free of charge replacements or a refund, as appropriate. Claims must be made within 8 days of receipt. We may request a photograph or return of goods in the original packaging to substantiate the claim.

You may cancel your order in writing within 8 days of receipt of your goods, for a full refund of the purchase value, provided the goods are returned to us unused, in good condition and in the original packaging.
You must despatch the goods to us to the address specified within 7 days of us having requested that you do so.
Carriage charges (which are a separate and additional contract) and customs duties are non-refundable, and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

No items may be returned to Elegante Crystal without our prior agreement.

Should a shipment be returned to Elegante Crystal due to failure of delivery, then we reserve the right to make a charge for the reshipment of the goods.

You will be notified by email when your order has been despatched. The notification email will also contain a tracking reference number to enable you to track the progress of your delivery.
